Design Error

Just because helicopters are capable of doing more complicated maneuvers than fixed wing aircraft, does not mean they should crash nearly five times more often.  The risk factors associated with those maneuvers are well known, and a helicopter should be designed and engineered for those known risks.

As with many of the Nolan Law Group’s most successful airline disaster cases, one of the first areas of analysis in any crash will be what mistakes were made in the design and manufacture (and sometimes refurbishing) of the helicopter that caused or contributed to the tragedy.
